Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actress and singer. Her most well-known role was playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). The year 2015 saw her played the character of Jerrica Jem on the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary in Florida with her mother and father Wendy and Ashley. Her older sister is Ally. Aubrey was a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre during her childhood. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory for the class of 2012. Harvard University initially accepted her application but then decided to allow her in for a second entry because she was cast in "Nashville". Peeples was in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples also played a frequent role in Necessary Rustiness (1991). The actress was also seen in the TV films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. She played a prominent role in the Nashville series, in which she appeared as Layla Grant. Peeples admitted to bipolar in an interview for 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire ranked Peeples in the top spot on their list of the top actors younger than twenty in September 2014.
